About PlotRates

PlotRates publishes what plots in DHA City Karachi are asking, sector by sector, every week. We gather the rate lists dealers send each other, so buyers can see a fair price before they call anyone.

We also keep a list of plots for sale from dealers and owners we work with. When you ask about one, we check it’s still for sale and put you in touch with the dealer who holds it. They show you the plot and handle the papers, the token and the transfer.

You pay the dealer’s normal commission, agreed in writing before you visit. We don’t add anything on top.

We’re not connected with the Defence Housing Authority (DHA). Our prices are asking ranges from dealers, not official rates.
