DHA City Karachi questions
Are these official DHA prices?
No. They are the asking ranges we collect every week from dealers’ rate lists. DHA does not publish plot prices. The final price depends on the exact plot (corner, park-facing, dues) and on negotiation.
How do I buy a plot listed here?
Send us the plot’s reference number (for example DCK-0012) on WhatsApp, or call. We check it’s still for sale and put you in touch with the dealer who holds it. The dealer shows you the plot and handles the token and the DHA transfer.
What does it cost me?
You pay the dealer’s normal commission on the deal, agreed in writing before you visit. We don’t add anything on top.
Can I list my plot here?
Yes, for free. Send us the details and a few photos. We put it in front of buyers who are watching this week’s DHA City Karachi prices and pass the serious ones to you or your dealer.
Why do some sectors have no outline on the map?
Sector outlines come from OpenStreetMap volunteers and are approximate. Some sectors only have a label so far.
