Buying a plot in DHA Karachi
DHA Karachi, the Defence Housing Authority’s main scheme in the city, runs from Phase 1 near Korangi Road to Phase 8 on the sea, with extensions to Phases 2, 7 and 8. Phase 8 is split into Zones A to E.
Plots run from 100 square yards to 2,000 and more, and the same size can ask very different prices from one phase, zone or street to the next.

DHA Karachi questions
Are these official DHA prices?
No. They are the asking ranges we collect every week from dealers’ rate lists. DHA does not publish plot prices. The final price depends on the exact plot (corner, park-facing, dues) and on negotiation.
How do I buy a plot listed here?
Send us the plot’s reference number (for example DHA-0012) on WhatsApp, or call. We check it’s still for sale and put you in touch with the dealer who holds it. The dealer shows you the plot and handles the token and the DHA transfer.
What does it cost me?
You pay the dealer’s normal commission on the deal, agreed in writing before you visit. We don’t add anything on top.
Can I list my plot here?
Yes, for free. Send us the details and a few photos. We put it in front of buyers who are watching this week’s DHA Karachi prices and pass the serious ones to you or your dealer.
Why are only some phases outlined on the map?
OpenStreetMap has outlines for Phase 7, Phase 7 Extension and Phase 2 Extension so far. The other phases are marked at their approximate location.
