How listings are checked

Plenty of property sites put “verified” on everything. We show four separate checks on each plot, each with the date it happened, so you can see what has and hasn’t been checked.

Seller confirmed
The owner, or the dealer acting for them, confirmed the plot is for sale at the listed price. We note the date.
Papers seen
The seller sent us photos of the allotment or transfer papers. We don’t publish them or the plot number; you see the originals with the dealer.
Plot photos
Recent photos of the plot itself, sent by the dealer or owner, so you can see where it is and what’s around it.
Available
Plots sell fast. We ask the seller again regularly and show the last date they confirmed. Plots we can’t confirm come off the site.

Who does what

We run the price board, keep the list of plots and answer your calls and messages. The dealer who holds a plot shows it to you, goes through the papers with you and handles the token and the DHA transfer.

What you should still do yourself

  • See the original papers and the seller’s CNIC before paying any token.
  • Pay the token by bank transfer or pay order, not cash to a stranger.
  • Do the final transfer at the DHA office with both parties there.
